Andre plays both piano and drums, and has appeared with many Canadian and American musicians, both in Montreal and elsewhere. Some of the performers he has accompanied include Benny Carter, Dizzy Gillespie, Pepper Adams, Jimmy Heath, Benny Golson, Steve Grossman, David Liebman, George Garzone, Junior Cook, Bob Berg, Bobby Watson, Cecil Payne, Sonny Greenwich, Pat LaBarbera, Sheila Jordan, Don Thompson, Yannick Rieu, PJ Perry, Joe Sullivan, Harold Mabern, and many others.
